Dr. Sup Lee
Dr. Sup Lee is passionate about providing the best dental experience possible, both when it comes to the quality of his service and care. He loves providing all types of treatment to help his patients rejuvenate their smiles and self-esteem. He particularly likes implant and emergency dentistry because they allow him to quickly fix serious problems and make a big, positive difference in a patient’s life. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Lee has always liked working with people and learning about different cultures firsthand. A big reason he came to the U.S. was to immerse himself in the diverse population. He realized that dentistry would allow him to have close, one-on-one relationships with his patients while also stimulating his interests in art and science, so when it came time to choose a career, it seemed like the perfect fit.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Lee received his bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, and he went on to earn his dental degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. He has been practicing in the Portland metro area since 2015.
Every year, he completes several hours of continuing education and advanced training, and he is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the R.V Tucker Gold Restoration Study Club.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Lee’s favorite thing to do outside of the dental office is spend time with his wife and their three children, who he says have helped transform him into an even more nurturing and patient person. He also enjoys biking, snowboarding, playing golf, and stand-up paddleboarding. He’s a big fan of singing karaoke as well, so be sure to ask him what his go-to song is!
