Dr Lee and his entire staff are extremely caring, professional and knowledgeable!

My wife and I had just went through a whirlwind of stress selling one home and buying another in a contingency sale situation and downsizing from 1750 sf to 916 sf, and a 1000 mile journey from our previous home to our current home in Portland. On top of all that my all-on-fours had come loose! I spent 4 days trying to find a dentist who would exam me and hopefully tighten those beauties up! More stress. Dr. Lee and his staff efficiently and quickly got me in and took care of my problem. We are eternally grateful! We highly recommend this office. I applaud their courage in taking on this challenge and their competence and compassion in handling a difficult situation.

My cleaning and checkup appointment was very comfortable, and thorough, as it was previously. Antoinette is friendly and efficient, and I very nearly fell asleep in the chair. Although she spent nearly a full hour with me, it seemed like a third of that time, and I left happy and refreshed. And my compliments as well the the friendly and efficient front desk, who handled all the logistics of the visit. Thank you Dr Lee, for finding such great people!

Dr Lee was so incredible (as was the whole staff). No one likes going to the dentist, and they make you feel at ease, are friendly, and best of all extremely thorough, committed and knowledgeable. Dr Lee explained things to me that no dentist ever has (and I ask a lot of questions) and he noticed things no dentist has ever addressed. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable in dentistry. I have extreme dental anxiety and have been avoiding fixing a broken tooth for the better part of a decade (😬). It was an extremely difficult fix but they were able to save the tooth. I also have a very hard time numbing and it usually requires multiple rounds which can make dentists angry (I get it, it takes more of their time). However Dr Lee was incredibly generous with his time and wanted to make sure I was sufficiently numb. I don’t know if I’m brave enough to fix the next bad filling that I need done but if I am it will definitely be with Dr Lee!

Friendly, professional service and attention as soon as you walk in the door. The front office support staff makes me feel right at home and I've never waited longer than 5 - 7 minutes to be seen. Dr. Lee is a wonderful dentist, very knowledgable and caring with the hands and eyes of an artist. The dental assistants continue in the same friendly and professional manner.

I had been seeing Dr. Teasdale for years at ADANW. He is amazing, and still practicing under a new business (Evolution Dental). Unfortunately, they decided to switch people to a new dentist, new hygienists, new receptionist, basically new everything except the building. I received only a cryptic email saying my next appointment would be with a new dentist. They fumbled the transition. As well, I did not enjoy my experience under the new staff. They talked about me having wisdom teeth that I did not have when I arrived, they mistakenly started showing the dentist my previous x-rays instead the newly taken ones, and worst of all, they took bad x-rays which failed to spot a cavity on a back tooth that was later spotted by my new provider. Overall, the experience felt sloppy. I would normally leave a one or two star review here, but I suppose I have enough previous good experiences with the building that I can’t bring myself to leave one that low. But I think the customer experience needs serious improvement. ADANW went in my mind from being the best dentist I’d ever had (under Teasdale and his amazing staff) to, at best, just another mediocre dentist. I hope they use this feedback to improve.

I sincerely appreciate the quality of the oral care I receive at Advanced Dental Arts. Dr. Lee is a consummate professional, who’s craftsmanship combines the best aspects of science and art. He is always kind, accommodating, and genial. Likewise, dental hygienist Kim is a craftsman in her own right, exacting in the work she does, always keeping my comfort in mind. I always look forward to these appointments, knowing that I will emerge with gleaming teeth and renewed confidence in my oral health.

Edit: addendum below When I arrived today for my 6 month cleaning, I was blindsided by the fact that everything in the office was different, from the decor, to the staff, to the doctor. Unbeknownst to me, the dentist I had been seeing for almost 10 years had decided to shift his practice to more specialized areas of focus and had partnered with a new doctor who took over his general dentistry practice. I missed the one email that went out about this change, but even if I had read it, I don't think I would have understood from the language used that I wouldn't be able to see my old dentist anymore. As I was brought back for my cleaning, I was unexpectedly told that I'd be needing specialty x-rays of the roots of my teeth, an additional expense I hadn't planned for. The hygienist who did my cleaning was kind, but I had water all over my face from the ultrasonic cleaner, something I hadn't experienced before. The suction tube was also not great, and several times when I closed my mouth, water sloshed all over and didn't get cleared by the suction tube. I'm a little torn as to whether or not I will continue on as a patient at this office as I know I will always be comparing my experience to when my old dentist owned the practice. I feel sad that more effort wasn't taken to ensure I knew about the changes that were coming. As someone who has had trauma with regard to dentists, I'm very particular about the dentist I see, and this abrupt change has left me feeling less than cared for by my old dentist. I know this isn't Dr. Lee's fault, but perhaps his office could have given a courtesy call to ensure patients were are of the switch. Definitely a missed opportunity with regard to customer service. Overall, my experience was ok. Dr. Lee seems capable and knowledgeable, but it didn't feel awesome to be surprised like I was when I was already anxious about going to the dentist. Addendum: I received a very kind phone call from Kim, Dr. Lee's wife and office manager. She apologized for my experience and offered to refund the cost of the x-rays I mentioned above. She empathized with me and I really felt heard. I had rescheduled the appointment I had cancelled and my experience was top notch. Antonina was the hygienist who worked on me and she was fantastic. She understood my anxiety and carefully explained everything she was going to be doing. She was straightforward and very informative. See Dr. Lee was great, as well. He thanked me for giving his office a second chance. He's a very gentle, knowledgeable dentist and I'm happy to say that I'll continue going to see him. Thank you Dr. Lee, Kim, and Antonina. I really appreciate you!

Welcoming! Had a good conversation with Dr. Lee and not only feel comfortable, also appreciative of his philosophy of practice.

I had my first appointment with ADANW yesterday. I was seen by not one, but *two* dentists who each independently evaluated my teeth and then compared notes. I've never experienced this before, but I thought it was great; it gave me more confidence that they knew what they were doing (especially since they arrived at the exact same conclusions). Beyond that, it was a pretty ordinary dental experience. They cleaned my teeth; my teeth are now clean. Not much more to say about that.

Dr. Lee. has a kind and reassuring way of connecting with his patients, he is very thorough and intelligent and explains his procedures and diagnosis in ways that are easy to understand and offers an array of treatment options with the advantages and disadvantages (including the cost and time needed) to help his patients make well-informed decisions about their teeth and oral health needs… i would recommend him and the staff at ADANW wholeheartedly for any Dental treatment needs!

Super excited to visit Dr. Lee's new office. It is still downtown so I can make a day of it. And get this they have their own free parking lot! You're still met with a welcoming smile as soon as you step foot in the clinic. The hygienist picked up right where the receptionist left off. Gave me a preview of what would be done during the visit, so I knew what to expect. Films were required this time. I was surprised it was so quick. They use the latest technology so no lead apron needed. Thank goodness. My future kids thank you. Thank you, Dr. I will see and you're staff soon!

Wow. I feel like I am dreaming! I saw Dr. Lee yesterday for the first time for an emergency partial denture replacement in time for my honeymoon in a week! I called the other night 5 minutes before they closed and Kim got me in for the very next morning! She was so kind and understanding. I couldn’t believe the care I was getting within the first 20 seconds of my call. The morning of, parking couldn’t have been easier. Their office is clean, modern and beautifully designed—it feels like a high-end med spa way more than a dentist’s office. I was in and out within an hour and a replacement denture on its way! I can already tell Dr. Lee’s practice is sophisticated and cutting edge. He uses advanced technology I didn’t know existed. I did not even have to do the goopy, uncomfortable impressions I have always had to sit through in the past—he ran this small white rod along my teeth and gums, next thing I know I look over and see a perfect 3D rendering of my entire mouth! All done! Dr. Lee’s bedside manner is kind, gentle and genuine. We came up with a treatment plan for when I return to get my smile worth smiling about again. I am so excited to have found them! This entire office, from the front desk, to hygienists and assistants, to Dr. Lee himself, are all phenomenal. Highly informed, skilled, detailed and thorough. Even when I’ve lived in other cities, have kept and returned to this dentist and office.

I have had several dental procedures done by Dr Sup Lee. The latest on 9/13/22, was a difficult tooth extraction and implant to the same area. Frankly, I was panicky going into the procedures, while in the waiting room. Dr Sup Lee personally met with me and took his time to allay all my fears. I felt understood while he completely calmed me down, prior to the 2 hour surgery. He is absolutely the most competent dentist that I can imagine. He does great work in several areas of dentistry so I have never had to freferred out to other specialists. This has been a surprising positive benefit for me! It is only about 28 hours since the extraction and implant, yesterday. Amazingly, I have had no pain, swelling or discomfort. I only took Ibuprofen and am already starting to cut back on the dosage. Dr Sup Lee has earned my absolute trust in him. He is so capable and a genuinely kind and caring person who clearly loves his work. The doctor employs a terrific staff that works compassionately and skillfully as a team. He also uses state of the art equipment and patiently works through every procedure with finely honed skill, always making sure I am comfortable and informed. I am not one to write reviews often, but I felt compelled to share how fortunate I feel to have Dr Sup Lee taking such great care of me and my family's dental health.

As a former patient of Dr. Milfred (and formerly as a dental hygienist in his practice), I was very pleased to meet Dr. Lee and experience his care. I found him to be very knowledgeable, experienced and gentle. The procedure I had done was challenging and Dr. Lee performed it with great professionalism and competence. I was very pleased with his work and am so happy to have found him. In addition, his staff are excellent, from the very kind and helpful front desk staff to his assistants. A few years back I chipped a small portion of a front tooth in such a way that it was very difficult to fill. My prior dentist did a fine job filling it, although he warned me that it would likely fail and require a replacement. Sure enough, it did . . . so I made an appointment with Dr. Lee. He and Trudy did a great job. So far (several weeks later) the filling is still holding. The whole experience was fast, painless and rather a piece of performance art - it was fun to see Trudy always anticipating what tool Dr. Lee was going to ask for next - the two of them work very well together. Dr. Lee also did a fine job explaining what he was doing and what to expect. Will definitely return for future care.

This is a nice, clean office. I have had quite a bit of work done here in the past year and a half and felt confident that I was getting the best possible treatment for my teeth with little risk of COVID.

Dr. Sup Lee is a phenomenal dentist. His experience, knowledge and artistry result in true competence that is comforting and reassuring to the most apprehensive patients. I have been going to him since he opened this office and have had all treatments ranging from cleanings, fillings, a root canal and a night guard. He is on the forefront of technological advances in dentistry and uses the highest quality equipment. I commute over an hour for my visits and it is worth the drive to have his expertise. I know that I have found a top dentist and highly recommend him. I had the best teeth cleaning from his wife Kim that I have ever had. She is very detail oriented, thorough and gentle. She is also the office manager, ensuring that the office is always clean and efficient. The staff consistently greet me and are both welcoming and professional. All of my interactions in the office have been positive with kind and knowledgeable staff. I know that I have found a real gem here.

Dr. Lee and everyone in the office--Olena, Carrie, Kim, and more--are skilled professionals and just good people, too. Olena's cleaning last week was probably the most thorough I've ever had. And Dr. Lee's attention to detail left no stone unturned in filling my mouthful of cavities. As much as anyone can look forward to going to the dentist, I'm looking forward to the next cleaning in October.

Olya was an excellent hygienist! At the beginning of my appointment she explained everything that would be done that day, and then again explained each step in the process along the way. She was gentle and kind, and made me feel totally comfortable during the whole appointment.

Dr Lee, Kim and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m really impressed by how they run the practice. Dr Lee took his time to identify the problem and showed me step by step on how he was gonna fix it. Confidence is really important when you have someone playing in your mouth with drills and needles imo. Oh btw, they have warm water rinse for those of you who have sensitive teeth.

Dr. Les Milfred was my family's dentist for years until his retirement. I was so pleasantly surprised when Dr. Sup Lee took over at how comfortable he makes me feel at the dentist. He doesn't make me feel bad about my existing habits, just gently encourages better hygiene practices. He is a very calm, friendly, professional doctor, and I know my teeth are in good hands with him.

One thing: I don't like providing reviews; I get too many requests like that. I also don't need so many reminders by phone and text about appointments. One was by phone at 7:30 AM about 10 days in advance. but I was very impressed with the obvious expertise of Dr. Lee and his staff.

Great people who take good care of me. They have upgraded their protocol for the COVID which is A+. New Aerosols removal system added (replaced the old filling removal system for metals) that removes 99% of Aerosols is a great idea and easy to work with.

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Milfred (28 years), and so with his retirement was a little anxious regarding his replacement. However, Dr. Lee has bridged that transition seamlessly. I'm getting a knee replacement soon, and the surgeon alerted me to get any needed dental work done before the surgery. Dr. Lee and staff were most accommodating working me into the schedule so that I wouldn't need to postpone my knee surgery. And Dr. Lee did all this work painlessly and quickly - replaced two old crowns that had worn out, and two other small needed fillings. I have great confidence in Dr. Lee's work, and the entire office. I need to also call out Susie and Paula in the front office - they are a great help in scheduling and insurance needs. No longer anxious and very happy with this transition. Thank You Dr. Lee.

Changing Dentists is not an easy decision to make. Today was my second visit to this place, Dr. Lee’s entire staff was professional and super friendly. Safety is also very important to them. Dr. Milford is a gold hearted perfectionist who ensures that your teeth receive the care they merit. His staff is attuned to a variety of dental needs and personality types and adjusts their service accordingly. I'm amazed that each time I come, incidental comments I've made on a prior visit were recorded and addressed on subsequent visits. For instance, specific comforts like a neck pillow or remembering TMJ sensitivity or even flavor preferences of the toothpaste and floss. The front office is cozy and patients are greeted warmly by Susie. The actual dental work that Dr. Milford does is painstakingly accurate and is done in as comfortable a manner as possible. He wants his patients to be able to use their teeth the way they are meant to be used and encourages even cowards like me to use all of my teeth, even those with crowns. He is personable and professional and I enjoy my visits there.

Love my dentist, Dr. Milfred. After a VERY disastrous root canal start and fail, he fixed the current problem, the original problem, and has helped with my fear of dentists. I even get to choose my own music during dental surgery! He is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Milfred is a wonderful dentist! I have been a patient of his for about two years and absolutely love his team and the way he runs his practice. Not only is the waiting room so comfortable and updated, his staff is caring and listens to my concerns with my teeth. I came with a lot of pain due to a number of random reasons. They offered simple solutions that worked, as well as bigger solutions with helpful procedures and referrals to orthodontists and the like. They have been amazing in helping me to live pain-free everyday. Dr. Milfred is attentive, funny and cares about what he does. I grew up in a family of dentists and hygienists - but I do NOT like going to the dentist... however, at Dr. Milfred's I always feel cared for, listened to and leave with my mouth feeling great.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Milfred for almost 20 years now! He’s a great dentist who works with the most caring staff. I had my 6 month appointment with Emily yesterday. She was so thorough, not only in examining and cleaning my teeth, but she even took the extra step in taking an extra x-ray to make sure there was nothing wrong below the gum line. Emily is gentle, kind, and positive and never makes me feel guilty about what I could be doing better! The front office staff are friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
